Seldom is there research for the pediatric age range describing the correlation between acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Typically, lymphoproliferative illness develops after SLE, although The cancer may develop sooner or even at the same time. We present the case of a 15-year-old boy youngster who was diagnosed with SLE 12 years ago and was unintentionally diagnosed with ALL during a regular investigation.

There are various types of plasma cell dyscrasias, ranging from mild (MGUS) to very aggressive (PCL). Primary PCL is a condition that develops from scratch, while leukemic transformation of underlying relapsing or Myeloma recalcitrant to treatment. The disease’s diagnostic standards have been thoroughly explained before [1]. The illness has an extremely bad prognosis and, even with vigorous therapy, typically progresses quickly and downward.

Mantle Cell Lymphoma, or MCL; RRVD stands for Rituximab, Revlimid, Velcade, and Dexamethasone; VBR stands for Rituximab, Bendamustine, and Velcade; CHOP: Vincristine, Hydroxydaunorubicin, Cyclophosphamide, and PrednisoneMature B cell lymphomas are the ones that include the classical type of Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). It is comparatively rare, accounting for 7-8% of cases of NHL (non-Hodgkins lymphoma). The majority of patients present with advanced cases, having a median age of 68 years at presentation [1]. The hallmark of MCL is the presence of translocation (11; 14) (q13; q32), which results in Cyclin D1 expression that is dysregulated.

A 75-year-old woman who is healthy, active, and does not smoke was recommended to have a routine chest x-ray due to inadvertent weight reduction over time. Following a chest x-ray (Figure 1) that revealed diffuse consolidation in the right lower lobe, the patient was scheduled for a CT scan of the thorax (Figure 2) within the following month. A 15 × 13 mm ambiguous ground glass opacity lesion was visible on the CT scan of the right lower lobe. The patient was referred for a CT-guided lung biopsy due to the possibility of a malignant outcome (Figure 3). The patient experienced a right-sided pneumothorax during the biopsy, but it resolved with the use of a surgical tube.
